We've created a place where quality meets comfort, where every detail matters, and where everyone is welcome.
At Italia's Orange Blossom, you're not just joining us for a meal. You're becoming part of the experience.
What we do here
We make pizza the Neapolitan way. The dough is made by hand and left to ferment for a day or two before it is pressed, which is what gives the rim its lift and its chew. It goes into a gas-fired brick oven and comes out fast, blistered at the edge. There is a window through the wall into that room, so you can watch it happen while you wait.
Alongside the pizza there is pasta, soup, salads, panini, and boards of cheese and cured meat for the table. Guests have given us 4.8 stars on Google.
